Yellow Rosa Special
- Served on our skillet and cooked over mesquite. Chef Dany serves an incredible combination of trompo al pastor, asada, and chorizo. He places these proteins on top of grilled onion. Then top them with grilled pineapple, avocado, and melted Oaxaca cheese. The Yellow comes with sides of house salsas, limes, cilantro, and raw diced onions.
